There are nearly thirty charity walks and runs that take place in and near the South Loop each spring and fall. These events focus on raising funds for a wide range of causes and non-profit organizations that address issues like cancer research, suicide prevention, and gun violence. The beneficiaries include national organizations like the American Heart Association and local groups like the Anti-Cruelty Society.
Listed below are the charity walks and runs we anticipate will take place in 2017, organized by season and then month. Most of them begin and end in Grant Park or Soldier Field.
